My Holiday

My name is William. I go to Owairaka School and enjoy playing football with my friends.

Have you ever been to the South Island? I have. I went on this holiday with my parents and little brother and it was super fun. We went to around ten campgrounds. One of them had a massive water park right next to it! All the pools were hot pools and one of them was about three meters deep so you could do fun jumps in it. But the most fun thing of all was the water slide. It was really steep and you went zooming down it. It was extremely fun. In fact it was so much fun I stayed there for three and a half hours!

I also had my birthday while we were away. We played mini golf but sadly I didn't win. After I went on a merry go round it made me really dizzy. Also we went to see Do Little, it was a great film. Later me and my family went out for dinner and the food was fantastic, it was a great birthday.
