Kia Orana William, I love the way you created real characters for the dogs in your story. You made them seem like they were scary and then aware that they had scared you. It reminds me of when I talk to my cat and give him human traits and preferences. Do you ever do that? Next time you could put your dialogue on new lines to make it even clearer who is speaking.
